Solid Phase Extraction (SPE) is an extraction process that includes both liquid and solid phases. It separates the target compound from the sample matrix through the interaction between the bonding functional groups of the filler and the compound to be separated, in order to remove impurities and enrich the target component.
Solid phase extraction column packing has a wide variety of types and specifications, which are used to provide purification treatment for laboratory biological samples, especially for the pre-treatment of complex biological samples, to achieve satisfactory recovery and repeatability of the target substance, effectively remove interfering components in the sample, and obtain a "pure" spectrum in the later stage.
